The Somerville Homeless Coalition helps over 2,000 of our neighbors every year!

The Somerville Homeless Coalition(SHC) helps meet the needs of homeless and near homeless individuals and families by operating two shelters, providing case management and supportive services to obtain and maintain permanent housing, prevention services, and a food pantry and meals program. Help them carry out this incredible mission with a donation to #GivingTuesdaySomerville.

Door2Door Transportation has been promoting the independence of seniors and people with disabilities through community-based transportation for 35 years. Their friendly, safe and reliable services help 300 people each year to maintain healthy, mobile and connected lives.

All levels of giving to SCM make BIG impacts. $100 would purchase 50 gallons of gasoline to transport seniors or individuals with disabilities to Medical, shopping or clinical programs. $50 would purchase an oil change and a 27 point safety inspection for one of our vans.

Celebrate SCM and donate to our campaign today!
